Parades, fun festivals, corn beef and cabbage…St. Patrick’s Day must be here once again! Long Island offers lots of fun activities that the whole family can enjoy to celebrate the occasion.
Check out these St. Patrick’s Day events taking place throughout Long Island:
- The Long Island Children’s Museum is having a Lucky Leprechauns event on Saturday, March 14 from 2 to 4 pm. Learn about these mischievous little ones and create a Leprechaun finger puppet to bring home. This event is free with price of admission.
- On Saturday, March 14, from 2:30 to 3:30 at the Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum learn about Irish Pirates and Flags with your paid admission.
- Enjoy the Irish Festival at Hofstra University on Sunday, March 15th from 11 am to 5 pm. There will be music, food, and vendors. Dance performances will also be taking place throughout the day.
- The Cold Spring Harbor Fish Hatchery & Aquarium is having their St. Patrick’s Day with our Water Snakes on March 21 and 22, from 11 am to 3 pm with your paid admission.
